Who Am I?
I’m Jonny and have been in the storage and removals industry my whole life. I took over our removals and storage business in 2015 at the ripe old age of 21.
Albeit overwhelming, I got to work and made some drastic changes. In a few short years I had more than doubled our storage revenue. A few years later I introduced outdoor self-storage to the company to accompany our indoor rooms, increasing revenues even further. I am now in the early stages of an expansion for our indoor self storage.
In late 2024, I bet hard on self storage and opened a new fully automated 20,000sqft outdoor site. Money and cashflow were tight, meaning I had to get creative with funding. Although I had previous experience, I still made mistakes.
10 months later, the site was 95% occupied and generating six figures a year. This site is fully automated (no staff) and now generates over £20k/month in MRR
